Wells Fargo, Orlando Mayor Dyer and InCharge Debt Solutions join forces to announce NeighborhoodLIFT – a historic initiative designed to boost homeownership

NeighborhoodLIFTs will offer down payment assistance grants of up to $15,000 per qualified homebuyer; part of $7 million in grants and program funding in Orlando 

To announce $7 million in grants and program funds for the City of Orlando through the NeighborhoodLIFTSM program – an initiative designed to help people achieve homeownership.

NeighborhoodLIFTSM will include a two-day event that will take place July 13 and 14 at the Orange County Convention Center where prospective homebuyers may qualify for up to $15,000 in down payment assistance and/or home and renovation financing grants.

In addition, prospective home buyers will be able to take advantage of home buyer education sessions and tours of selected residential properties that are available for sale in the City of Orlando.

Wells Fargo will collaborate with the City of Orlando and the non-profit organization NeighborWorks America and its local affiliate, InCharge Debt Solutions, to execute the program.

NeighborhoodLIFTSM is the first of its kind in the banking industry and media is invited to cover the historic initiative.
