Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer Rings in the Holiday Season with Downtown Orlando Tradition

 

WHAT:
Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer invites Central Florida residents and visitors to join him for the annual Holiday Lights Orlando event to kick off this year’s holiday season. Holiday Lights Orlando is the premiere holiday event for families, Downtown businesses and residents. 
This year’s event will feature Trinity Downtown Evangelical Lutheran Church and School’s annual Christmas show The Gift which will feature a choir of nearly 100 voices.
The highlight of Holiday Lights Orlando will be the traditional lighting of the City’s Christmas tree, adorned with thousands of holiday lights. Festivities will also include the lighting of a menorah, a sampling of holiday treats and an outdoor viewing of “Elf” starring Will Ferrell.

Admission to Holiday Lights Orlando is free.

PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION:
Parking is available for a fee at all Downtown Orlando parking garages and lots.

The free LYMMO Circulator is recommended for Downtown residents and attendees parking at garages other than the Orange County Library Garage (located at 112 East Pine Street).
