Espinoza and Costly lead Honduras roster for matches in Miami and Houston Figueroa, Bengtson, Palacios and Garcia also set to face Brazil and Ecuador

The match is part of the Gillette International Soccer Series

 The Honduran Soccer Association (FENAFUTH) today announced its roster led by Roger Espinoza and Carlo Costly for its upcoming matches against Brazil on November 16 at Miami’s Sun Life Stadium and against Ecuador on November 19 at BBVA Compass Stadium.

The roster announced by coach Luis Fernando Suarez, who led Ecuador to the 2006 FIFA World Cup, features key players such as Carlo Costly (Unattached), Maynor Figueroa (Hull City) and Wilson Palacios (Stoke City).  The Catrachos recently qualified for the 2014 FIFA World Cup after finishing in third place in the CONCACAF region.

The roster also has a number of current and former players from Major League Soccer including Victor Bernardez (San Jose Earthquakes), Marvin Chavez (San Jose Earthquakes), Jerry Bengtson (New England Revolution) and Boniek Garcia (Houston Dynamo).  Also set to appear are former D.C. United midfielder Andy Najar (Anderlecht) and ex-Sporting KC midfielder Espinoza (Wigan).

The matches are part of the Gillette International Soccer Series which also includes Argentina vs. Ecuador on November 15 in New York, Argentina vs. Bosnia on November 18 in St. Louis and Brazil vs. Chile on November 19 in Toronto.
