The fresh fish experts at Bonefish Grill are reinventing themselves with the launch of “Incredible Served Daily,” a new tagline and marketing campaign focused on the company’s mission to be incredible at everything they do – every single day. From innovative dishes and hand-crafted cocktails to one-of-a-kind expert service, convenient online reservations and a warm, polished atmosphere, Bonefish Grill is offering guests a truly incredible experience from the moment they decide to dine at the restaurant.
“Incredible Served Daily highlights how Bonefish Grill is striving to be incredible every moment we have with our guests,” said Stephen Judge, president of Bonefish Grill. “We are excited to unveil the first piece of our new initiative – the IN + ON Bar Bites Menu — that is creating a whole new bar experience for diners.”
The new advertising campaign, created by Pitch, begins today including digital, audio, print and social media. The brand re-launch is the first in more than 14 years.
Bonefish Grill’s IN + ON Bar Bites Menu, featuring small plates served with innovative presentations “IN” or “ON”, appeals to those who crave a taste of multiple mouth-watering bites at a great value. From On the Bun Dim Sum Style Sliders served in an individual bamboo steamer with choice of Chipotle Shrimp or BBQ Pork to On the Stack Tostadas featuring crispy wonton layers and choice of finely chopped, sushi-grade Ahi Tuna Tartare or Chipotle Shrimp, guests can now enjoy bites at the bar starting at just $4 in Bonefish Grill’s sophisticated and polished casual atmosphere.
Each dish on Bonefish Grill’s new bar menu pairs perfectly with the restaurant’s hand-crafted cocktails made with fresh juices and house-made infusions. Sharing plates include In the Bite Mac + Cheese Bites — crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and served with sweet chili sauce — and On the BoneLamb Lollipop Chops that are lightly caramelized and grilled. For those that love a little spice with their seafood, In the Shooter GlassOyster Shooters are served with cocktail sauce, salsa verde and habanero vodka for a kick. Guests can also enjoy hand shucked oysters On the Shell – raw or baked Rockefeller style.
To round out the bar menu, In the Dough Doughnuts offer a DIY-style dessert served with miniature squeezable bottles of sea salt caramel and chocolate sauce for guests to fill with the preferred amount of delectable sweetness.
The bar menu is available at all locations dine-in only from 4pm to close daily.
