The Legendary Chelsea FC Chooses Hublot

Official announcement made to mark the London club’s first league match at Stamford Bridge
Hublot is Official Timekeeper and Official Watch of the prestigious Chelsea Football Club

The “Blues” are now on Hublot time! The Swiss watch brand has become the Official
Timekeeper and Official Watch of the prestigious Chelsea Football Club. They are the
reigning English Premier League champions, and one of the most successful clubs in
England. They are also part of the very small circle of clubs, along with Ajax Amsterdam,
Bayern Munich and Juventus – all 3 Hublot partners – to have won all 3 European cups.

The partnership was announced following the first league game of the new season at
Stamford Bridge on Saturday, and will see Hublot develop a visible presence in the stadium
on the LED score display screens, as well as through the numerous clocks installed in key
areas around the site.

It is an honour and a privilege for the Swiss watch brand to team up with this club
boasting such a great record of success. There is much more to link Hublot and Chelsea
than the fact that they are both among the elite in their fields. They share the same
values: an authentic passion in their respective fields, commitment to perfection and
technical precision.

Chelsea FC plays at Stamford Bridge, and the team is managed by Jose Mourinho, who has
been a Hublot Ambassador since 2014.

Ricardo Guadalupe, Hublot CEO, commented: “It is an honour for us to welcome the
iconic Chelsea FC to the Hublot family. What could be more natural for us than to team up
with one of the best clubs in England, which furthermore is managed by a Hublot Ambassador
and friend, Jose Mourinho? We wish the club all the best for the 2015 – 2016 season.”

Christian Purslow, Managing Director of Chelsea Football Club declared: “Thanks to
this partnership, Hublot is continuing to reinforce its presence in the world of top-class
football. We are delighted that Hublot is joining Chelsea Football Club’s group of
world-class partners. As the first luxury brand to invest in football back in 2006, Hublot
has an illustrious history and reputation, and shares our values and a commitment to
excellence. We look forward to working closely together around the globe as we continue to
develop our respective businesses.”
