  1. Magic Four-Game Week
  • To conclude 2015, the Orlando Magic will host the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday, December 28 and the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday, December 30. The Magic will bring in the New Year with road games at Washington (January 1) and Cleveland (January 2). For ticket information, log on to OrlandoMagic.com or call 407-89-MAGIC.

  1. Magic Maker
  • The Magic will provide Omar Reyes with a VIP experience as he attends the game against the New Orleans Pelicans on December 28. The experience will include courtside seats, a personalized Magic jersey and a pregame meet-and-greet with Orlando Magic players and Community Ambassadors. The Magic Maker program provides a Central Florida youth who is suffering from a life-threatening medical condition or grieving the tragic loss of an immediate family member with a Magic experience.
  1. Inside The Magic
  • On Monday, December 28 at 10 p.m., “Inside the Magic: Victor Oladipo,” a  showcase of the strong core of family, coaching and teaching influences that helped make him into a Magic guard, will debut on FOX Sports Florida following the Orlando Magic vs. New Orleans Pelicans game. The feature will include interviews with his mother, Joan, and sisters Kendra and Victoria, St. Jerome Academy Principle Mary Pat Donoghue, DeMartha Catholic High School Boy’s Basketball Head Coach Mike Jones and Indiana University Men’s Basketball Head Coach Tom Cream.   1. Magic Basketball Camp
  • The Orlando Magic will host a free youth basketball clinic on December 29 at the Dr. Phillips YMCA. The camp will feature appearances from STUFF the Magic Mascot, Magic Community Ambassadors Nick Anderson and Bo Outlaw, the Magic Blue Crew and Magic guard Victor Oladipo.   1. Magic Contribute to UCF Downtown
  • The Orlando Magic have pledged $1.5 million toward a new academic building that will be the centerpiece of a new campus serving about 7,700 UCF and Valencia College students. UCF and the Magic celebrated the initial gift supporting UCF Downtown with a check presentation during the Magic-Houston Rockets game on Dec. 23.
  1. NBA All-Star
  • 2016 NBA All-Star voting is underway! Send your favorite Magic players to represent Orlando in Toronto. Vote at http://www.nba.com/allstar/.
  1. Magic Getting Defensive
  • The Orlando Magic are allowing 98.9 ppg. (967 points) this season, which ranks eighth in the NBA (as of Dec. 28). Additionally, the Magic’s average of 8.63 stlpg. (259 steals) is tied for eighth in the NBA (as of Dec. 28).
  1. December To Remember
  • Nikola Vucevic is averaging 18.7 ppg., 9.1 rpg. and 3.2 apg. during the month of December (243 pts., 118 rebs., 42 asts., 13 games). The only other player in Orlando Magic history to average 17+ ppg., 9+ rpg. and 3+ apg. during any calendar month is Shaquille O’Neal, who did it four times, the last in March 1995.
  1. Magic Recap
  • Orlando went 2-1 last week, including wins over the New York Knicks (107-99) and the Houston Rockets (104-101). The Magic concluded the week with a 101-108 loss to the Miami Heat. Orlando has an overall record of 17-13. At this point last season, the Magic were 10-20.
  1. Since Nov. 25
  • Since Nov. 25, the Magic have an 11-5 record. That is the best record in the Eastern Conference and fourth-best in the entire NBA during that span (trailing only Golden State, San Antonio and Oklahoma City).
