2016 AIMExpo, North America’s Biggest Powersports and Motorcycle Industry Event Open to Public Sat./Sun., October 15-16

The American International Motorcycle Expo (AIMExpo), North America’s fastest growing powersports show, will make its highly anticipated return to Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) this fall. After two trade-only days, the show opens its doors to consumers on October 15-16 for a sneak peek and inside look at the new products introduced for 2017. With hundreds industry exhibitors from around the globe inside the convention center and the opportunity to test ride new motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs at AIMExpo Outdoors!, AIMExpo is really two shows in one, delivering a unique, and fun opportunity for every member of the family to experience everything powersports and motorcycling has to offer.

At AIMExpo, participants can immerse themselves in powersports and motorcycling; it’s the one place many new machines can be seen publically for the very first time. In addition to the many new motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs, the full complement of the latest aftermarket products, riding gear and accessories will be on display, many available for sale at the show. A full slate of educational and informative seminars and the appearance of special celebrity guests will offer additional opportunities for enthusiasts to enrich and enjoy their AIMExpo experience.

What’s New:               In recognition of the continued rise in popularity and influence of the custom bike-building culture of motorcycling, AIMExpo will unveil a brand new showcase for 2016 known as “Custom Culture at AIMExpo.” Key components are the Championship of the Americasbike builder competition, the Standard Motorcycle Co. Showcase, millennial artisans, bike builders, and more. There will also be a chance to meet Custom Culture ambassador Leticia Cline. Custom Culture broadens AIMExpo’s V-Twin initiative that was introduced at the 2015 event, developing an added focus on what is the most popular segment for younger millennial riders and do-it-yourself enthusiasts.

Highlights:                 At AIMExpo Outdoors!, attendees have a one-of-a kind opportunity to test ride new 2017 motorcycles, scooters, ATVs and UTVs from several participating manufacturers in both street and dirt environments. The Championship takes place at the Intermot international motorcycle fair in Cologne, Germany in the fall of 2018.

The Made in America @ AIMExpo pavilion will spotlight American companies designing, assembling, or producing the best powersports brands and products in the country. Made in America will showcase the ingenuity of American companies and their broad influence on the domestic and international powersports marketplace, and provide a natural home for producers of American V-Twin products.
