Enjoy Live Music, Family Entertainment and a Business Expo to Benefit The Mustard Seed of Central Florida

 

 Food, fun and sun returns to Waterford Lakes Town Center, Orlando’s largest open-air shopping, dining and entertainment destination, as the popular gathering spot hosts the 17th annual “Taste of Orlando” presented by iHeart Media on Saturday, November 5, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. A portion of the proceeds from “Taste of Orlando” will benefit The Mustard Seed of Central Florida, a nonprofit organization committed to helping rebuild the lives of families and individuals who have suffered disaster or personal tragedy by providing environmentally responsible household furnishings and clothing.

Join popular restaurants from both Waterford Lakes Town Center and the surrounding community for an all-day family food festival featuring samples of delectable dishes and spirited beverages. Participating restaurants include Bahama Breeze, Beef Jerky Outlet, Boston Coffeehouse, Caribe Blu, Chicken Salad Chick, Chick-fil-A, Chuy’s Tex-Mex, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, Designer Greens, Dunkin’ Donuts, Edible Arrangements, Flippers Pizzeria, Fresh To Order, Gator’s Dockside, Goodfella’s Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant,

Hard Rock Café, Jamba Juice, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, Little Greek, McAlister’s Deli, Mellow Mushroom, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Newk’s Eatery, Paramount Butcher Shop, Planet Smoothie, Pollo Tropical, Smallcakes Avalon Park, Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, Smokey Jay’s Bar-B-Q Pit, Social House, Sweet! New this year will be a Man Cave sponsored by Wahlburgers. The men’s retreat will feature a lounging area to catch college football games on HDTV, sumptuous samples from Wahlburgers, cigar rolling demonstrations and a variety of local brand favorites for sale.

Three mini tennis courts for open play and a skills workshop will be hosted by The United States Tennis Association (USTA) in the Kids Entertainment Area and Runaway Country will have an interactive display with prize giveaways.

Advance wristbands are available through November 4 and can be purchased at the property management office, at Ticketmaster outlets, online and at Gator’s Dockside – Lake Underhill. Wristband prices are adults (11+) $15 in advance, $20 day of event and children (ages 4 – 10) $5 in advance; $10 day of event.
